c. Who cooked, what was cooked? What kind of food was typically eaten in your household? Were the meals considered healthy?
d. Were you expected to eat everything on your plate?
e. What types of social, cultural, ethnic or religious factors affected your eating habits?
f. Anything else you think is interesting or important.
2. How are your current eating behaviors/food choices influenced by your experiences growing up? Address all the above points (a-f) but apply them to your current situation. (½ page)
3. Think of a particular item which you eat regularly, and comment on how it makes you feel when you eat it (glad, content, sad, guilty, etc.).
